Shipping Policy
1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 3-4 weeks excluding weekends and federal holidays. Once an item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to customers. We make every effort to fulfill your order as soon as possible.
Please remember all orders are custom.
There could be potential for delays due to high volume orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
2. Shipping and Delivery Options

Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number for you to check your status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
3. Cancellations
After an order is placed, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If you have any questions about canceling an order, please email Raeshomegrowndesigns@gmail.com
4. Shipping Restrictions
The TSA ( Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped for transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
5. Lost Orders
We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders once it is in the hands of shipping carrier. Before you place your order, please make sure to double check your shipping address and email. If your item is lost or stolen please immediately file a claim with your shipping carrier.
